Work was done great however the customer service by the secretary was totally unprofessional Left so many messages and they were never delivered And never answered After 2 months in the shop waiting for an answer the insisted that the car was done by the weekend They took over 3 months to repair my car And i still have not received my paperwork for the final repairs I have no complaints about the workmanship the they at least they could have a better customer service!

This place is outstanding. The level of professionalism, attention to detail and communication was amazing. I was recommended to use this place to repair my M4 competition which was damaged in an unfortunate accident. Went down to see Andrew and he was organized, meticulous in the process, and totally reliable. Kept me abreast of all of the parts ordering, how everything was going to work ... and all the body work details. Everything was mapped out - so completely impressed by his whole operation. Highly recommended place - when I picked up my car - the whole detail of work was flawless. So impressed. If you need anything at all - this is the place to go. Trust me you will not be disappointed at all. The level of work was outstanding. 5 stars for sure.

I just received my E39 M5 back from service. All I can say is this place is incredible. My car was picked up via trailer, delivered to their shop, and Dan the owner took great care of me. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. He's super responsive, provided TONS of pictures of all the work being performed by his technicians. When I went to pick it up, it was being hand washed. It's a little icing on the cake :) This place is far superior then any place that's ever performed work on my car. This will be the only place to perform any work on whatever vehicles I own now, and in the future. Thanks to you and Yuri!

My Sl55 and I were left stranded late night all the way in Philadelphia after the hardtop locked up in an awkward position. Doug - the driver went above and beyond to ensure the car made it's way back to New York without any further damage. I didn't notice how loose the trunk lid was, however, Doug went ahead and secured the trunk lid with a padded blanket to ensure there would be no damage to the paint and or hardtop mechanisms. Throughout the whole process, Braden Coachworks and Doug were on point with their customer service, communication and the pricing was more than reasonable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any of their 24-hour towing needs. I would have been taken to the cleaners if I had used anyone else at the time from Philadelphia.

Let me start off by saying I am very meticulous when it comes to My vehicles and paint work. finding a good body shop , or any type of automotive repair facility that is as passionate about your vehicle as you are, is very difficult nowadays…. tenfold for European vehicles.. so when it comes to trusting that your vehicle is repaired to a OE quality standard look no further. the guys at Bradan handled all aspects of the insurance claim work as well as refurbishing other areas of my vehicle, matching every detail of the OEM finish, color , texture gloss all look as if I was taking first delivery of the car from the dealership. Truly stellar. Every time I picked my car up it was impeccably clean with no residual smells. I couldn’t ask for better service.
