Customer Reviews

I have given a review a couple years ago for five stars, as I have purchased 2 cars from here that have been dependable & I had the over all impression from the gentleman I dealt with, that he is honest. I have had great experiences with Daniel. However, today I used them for mechanic work to fix brake pads. I went in this morning, the lady at the front desk mentioned the phone & internet was down just in passing. I was called a hour later and told the price but no mention from her that I would need to pay cash when I came back in. When she called to tell me my car was ready, she NEVER mentioned that the internet was still down, and couldn’t take my card. If she had, I would have made arrangements. I get a ride to get my car and AFTER my ride has pulled away she told me she could only take cash. I told her my bank ATM limit was less than the total and furthermore my ride just left and needed to pick up my nephew from school, so I had to have my ride make arrangements to make sure my nephew was picked up and call my ride to come back and take me to get what I could from an ATM. My bank is a good distance away and explained that before I left. She was very avoidant of me until my ride came back. My daily ATM was $100 shy of the total. I asked to leave my debit card info to run when the system some back up, I offered to write a check, I offered to Venmo, Cash app, which she declined. I was told she could not give my keys to me until I had all the cash. I then told her that if she told me to come with cash in hand, I would prepared for it. She then attempted to gaslight me and say that she told me twice to bring cash. That is a blatant lie and now after 2 car purchases and several recommendations to friends and family, I am disappointed that this experience has left me to question the integrity of this business. Has she just taken accountability for her mistake, I would have been more than understanding. But instead she chose to lie. I would give one star but, the auto sales person has always been so pleasant and honest. I don’t want him to be affected by a bad review. However, when I called to let someone know about my experience, I was told she is the owners wife. Not a very honest face for the company! Five years of repeat business & referring folks in the market for used cars just to be lied to and blamed for the company’s mistake. Taking ownership of an honest mistake would have been more than understandable & I would have bought another car from them for my son. Now, I’ll take my business elsewhere. The price for my brake pads seemed fair, but I can not believe how I was lied to instead. And thankfully my ride was able to pick me up and take me to get what cash I could and lend me rest until I can get more out of the ATM or I would have been stuck!

I got a Dodge Journey from them one yr. Ago. First off when and got new tires, they had 4 different size tires on them. Then within the first month of having it, it left me and my 3 children stranded 3x. It has had continuous problems since then. They basically fix the vehicles good enough to get it off the lot! We will never get another vehicle from them. And I suggest nobody else does!

I don't even want to give them the star. They don't know what they are doing and are a shame to true mechanics everywhere. My car was better off before I took it to them to be "fixed." Gasket wasn't sealed, replaced a new water pump so it overheats more frequently. Guy told me I had a blown head gasket. Got a second opinion same day, no blown head gasket. Coolant sensor which wasn't an issue before. I advise take your vehicles to Kimbers.

Decent mechanics. Fixed a collapsed lifter in my Sierra. 5000 dollar repair. Worth it considering the cost of a new engine. Service after the bill was paid is where they dropped the ball and lost me as a customer. Brought truck home and noticed a new oil leak. Pretty good leak as a puddle would form everytime I parked it. Too much of a coincidence to not be related to the repair they did. Losing about 2 to 3 quarts in between oil changes. Was told by them that that wasn't really that bad. They did finally look at but didn't think it really had anything to do with their repair. Search continues for a good all around home town shop.

Sadly thought this was a place we could trust. Never checked the work they did so problem was not fixed until I brought it to their attention. Payed a lot of money for something he fixed in 5 minutes. Blamed us saying our 20 something said what was broken. Sorry she is not a mechanic! Your mechanic replaced a perfectly good part but you didn’t bother to assess the problem and call. Your mechanic your responsibility!
