From the moment I called and spoke with Donald to inquire about a quote for my front brakes, to the completion of the job, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Donald was incredibly helpful and provided me with a detailed quote, making me feel confident that I was making the right choice by choosing Brake Masters. I brought my car in today, and the team wasted no time getting to work. The result? My brakes feel better than they have in the entire 20 years I've owned this car! The level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the technicians was impressive. It's clear that they take immense pride in their work, as my brakes were calibrated perfectly. I used to be a firm believer in the idea that "if you want something done right, do it yourself." However, after experiencing the top-notch service at Brake Masters, I can confidently say that they did a better job than I could have ever done on my own. I am incredibly satisfied with the outcome, and Brake Masters has definitely earned a loyal customer. For all my future brake needs, I won't hesitate to return here. The only minor issue was a slight discrepancy in the final cost, as they charged me $10 more than the original quote provided on the phone. Nevertheless, I believe it was just an oversight, and I'm sure they would have adjusted it had I noticed it at checkout. I called in the morning around 930am and asked if I could come in after work at 2. They said yes of course! I walked in and was immediately greeted by name. Very friendly staff. Clean and organized environment. Kept me informed every step of the way and got both front and rear brakes fixed all before closing at 5. Treated me like I was a life long customer when it was my 1st time. There's a reason they are called, Brake Masters!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was reading the reviews before coming to this place and all I kept seeing “great customer service” over and over. That comment is an understatement, the manager Ben is an amazing guy who is incredibly friendly! Since it was going to take 2 hours to fix my brakes, he called me an uber to and from my house, and when he checked me out, he wasn’t in a hurry, in fact he helped me find a coupon to help me out! I had a great first experience here and I will be coming back!
