Brakes Plus

Broke, my car would not take responsibility for it. Took it in for a/c service. Got a call they needed to do an hour of wiring diagnostic. That evening, got a call that it's done. Drove it to work that evening, the battery light came on. Coming home from work the following morning, the car completely shuts off on me while driving on the interstate. I shift to natural and coast to the side. I then have a tow truck take my car back to this location. During the tow, my oil pan is damaged, and the customer is the one who has to notice all the oil on the ground. I then review with the on-site manager about the electrical problem that my car experienced while driving and he says "I told that little girl that paid your bill that the car wasn't ready to be driven" I then explain to the manager he is being disrespectful and talking about my wife. The manager shows no concern for what he has said. I have also noticed on my bill they charged me for 100oz of r134a and my car only holds around 24 oz total. I also never had an electrical problem until after they charged me 100 diagnostic fee. Which I later found out that my alternator fuse had been blown. I have emailed corporate, tried to contact their regional manager, but no one with higher authority will talk to me or correct this. The store manager Damon was rude and not willing to admit to any mistakes. I have now been unable to drive this car since 8/4/24 when it shut off on the interstate.

Will has done a wonderful job trying to find a lost key fob inside my engine. If at all I face any problem with my car in the future, this is the place I. Am coming. All the staff are super friendly

I have always had a great experience at this location. They value my time and were very fast at getting my vehicle back to me. I would highly recommend this Brakes Plus for oil changes or brakes services!

I had to bring my car in to get multiple repairs done. Dave helped me out so much and updated me along the way, making sure I knew everything that was going on. Eli did a nice job with the repairs, and I feel so safe in my car again!

Amazing customer service! I get my oil changed here and they are always super nice and quick! Today I went in to see if they could put air in my tires and they once again without hesitation had me pull in and filled my tires up! Great customer service!! Thank you Eli
