With hundreds of 5 star reviews already, Brian's does not need my stars. But he and Jen and the entire staff, DESERVE them. As non-natives, we had a lot to learn about vehicles and caring for them in the north -coming from the equatorial regions of the globe- it is very different. Brian was the only owner/operator to spend quality time with me, explaining what NEEDED to be done vs. what didn't but COULD be if I chose. He educated me on what VT winter roads do to cars and Jen gave me the details on winter tires. They are constantly looking to save their customers money while keeping them safe on these crazy New England roads.Thank you all very much,I'm looking forward to having a long and dependable relationship with them!

Brian and his team are just the best. He was available to talk to me through my car emergency on a Monday holiday when I was passing through the area. He took me in and fixed the issue in less than a day. He was so knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and reliable. There's clearly a reason he is the most popular shop in Burlington.

I met Brian several years ago when he was working as lead mechanic at this Sunoco. He then quickly became my go to mechanic for just about every car I have owned. I always buy used cars and there always seems to problem to deal with - Brian gets me!

I was on vacation, from CT, with my two boys. My truck broke down and I suspected I blew out front wheel bearings (accurately diagnosed) - so I wasn’t going anywhere! I called Brian first and the woman I spoke to, presumably his wife, was exceptionally kind and considerate, and she had me talk to Brian directly. I explained my situation to Brian and he was direct and honest with me and sympathetic to my situation. I immediately got the impression I could trust him and I was right. He went out of his way to be honest, fair and set aside other customers ahead of me (sorry to y’all) to not only find the parts in a few hours but to put my vehicle back together within about 5 hours. I was dumbfounded and would have only expected this type of honesty, fairness and service from a close friend(s) or family member! Did I mention his pricing was completely fair and he didn’t try to gouge me given my circumstances?! Brian and team are truly ‘salt of the earth’ people and have my utmost appreciation and gratitude 🙏
