I have used Rodney's services in two locations for more than fifteen years, and I cannot say enough about his honesty, expertise and commitment to my cars. He has also saved me money on many occasions. For instance, when my car's dealership kept charging me without fixing the problem, Rodney diagnosed it immediately with one drive in the car! He solved the problem with a very reasonable price. I still use the car many years later with no further issues on that front. He still does everything for my cars that I need and I trust him completely. I recommend him highly and without any reservations.

I had brought my 2002 Dodge Durango somewhere else because it was overheating.Ater 5 days they told me to pick it up that it was running.They never fixed my car. Bridge Auto found that the lower hose on my radiator was leaking and ordered a new one and replaced it.Problem solved ! I am very happy with their service.

Brought my SUV for a check engine light 2 months ago , they said it is misfire and changed the spark plugs , they cleared the code and paid around $900 . I drove 300 miles and the check engine light reappears. The car won't speed and goes into limp mode. I took it to the shop and they called me saying it is a solenoid problem and they changed it.1 day later, the manager Rodney called me again saying the car needs a new engine and the current is completely damaged. It turns out their diagnostics were wrong and they drove the car without oil for testing. Now, they quoted me 10k for a used engine with 130k on it and of course I refuse to use their service again. They charged me another $350 this time for the diagnostic after damaging my car . Complete joke! it is good to help local business in Westport but be aware who you re dealing with. Some folks are incompetent!

Just had my Porsche Panamera serviced, by Rodney and his mechanics. Bridge Auto Care is excellent and I would highly recommend. Very service oriented and detailed. Great experience!
