I must say my situation this morning was stressful then I met a kind hearted person SAM despite the stress that comes with towing your vehicle he was helpful made me laugh cracked jokes was kind polite and helpful in my situation ,arrived in a record time. . His jokes made the situation way lighter, and his patience is above and beyond he is HUMAN I wish everyone would learn or borrow a leaf from him . This was my first time ever having to use a towing service. Sam was there in record time and towed us quickly to a garage of our choosing. When the garage told me it didn't make economical sense to fix my car (sub frame cracked, body was damaged), I didn't know what to do as this was another first for me. Sam offered options that made my life easier without any pressure. Sam's kindness and understanding during a horrible predicament were greatly appreciated. While I hope anyone reading this never has to get a vehicle towed, I would absolutely recommend this company if you ever find yourself in a situation like mine. Nice guy, great service. Thanks Sam!

Sam came to my rescue when my car was totalled Fri, Sept 13 of all days. It was an incredibly stressful day, but Sam's kindness and support got me through it. I needed to get my Dad's vehicle to a storage unit ASAP and Wassuim pulled through. Little does he know his kindness went a really long way today. Definitely appreciate his great customer service. He now has a life long customer. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
