I’ve purchased/leased Lincoln (& Mercury) for over 20 yrs…so I have a little experience with Lincoln dealer service. I had an extremely good experience at Bright Bay yesterday. First time I was there. I went to them because the other closer Lincoln dealers continue to disappoint. Janice Allen was the service rep and she took great care of me. Timely, professional and extremely courteous. Service was completed promptly. Communication was awesome. Very nice service facility as well. All necessary amenities. I have two Lincolns and I plan to use Bright Bay and Janice Allen for all my service needs on the future. Great job! David Evangelista
