Wouldn’t recommend taking your car to be serviced here. Called to see if someone could take a look at my car because it was missing a piece of dual lock on my 2024 Ford Escape Panoramic Roof Passenger Side Roof Drip Molding Hinge Cap. I have taken it to two different car washes and it popped off in the car wash and they had to stop the car wash to find the hinge cap. I was told by the woman that answered the phone they could look at it Monday at 9:00am and it’s Thursday afternoon. I would have to leave my car there because I work. I drove to the hardware store bought dual lock and put it on my self. I should have to do that for a brand new vehicle that I got from this dealer but clearly the service department here doesn’t care. When I said I’ll go somewhere else, when I was told the wait, I was very abruptly and shortly met the a response of “you’ll have to make an appointment anywhere”. I kindly said have a good day and hung up. I have a Ford dealership closer to my work. It really isn’t the wait that made me mad although mechanic could have done that in 2 minutes, it was the short and abruptly responses from the woman that answered the phone. You’ll see just call, she’s super friendly.

I've only dealt with Caleb & Jim in the last couple years and they have been absolutely amazing! Fast with scheduling, diligent in communication, and exceedingly supportive in resolving issues with the goal of customer satisfaction! I wouldn't think twice about having my Ford serviced here given they've went above and beyond for me thus far with minor and major repairs!

MOST OVER PRICED SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Make sure you ask around about prices. Charge me 1500 for a job that cost 400 at most. With a car they sold me. Never wrote a review prior to this. Felt like I need to warn people.

This is my second time changing this review. I would go down to zero stars if possible. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up before 8am. I called at 7, Missy informed me that the valet was already on the way because my paper work was gone. I later receive a text that the driver would be at an old address in 3 minutes (7:45am), I call to give them the correct address and I am informed by Missy that the driver hasn't even left. She claimed to be in charge of PDL and wasn't even aware that I made this appointment over a week and a half ago. The driver still isn't here and it's after 8 and I just received a notification national that they won't be here until 8:30 (making me late to work). Brighton Ford does not care about your time. Update: they showed up to take my truck at 8:20 and informed me that they don't have a vehicle for me. (I was promised a large vehicle, an expedition by Steve). I told the guys to leave, they aren't taking anything with them. Then Missy called me to tell me that they magically found a vehicle and that they will take me to work and then drop one off to me. I refused anyone driving me anywhere. So she said that someone would meet me at my work to drop off a vehicle. We shall see. Update: I informed brighton ford at the last incident, that I would never return to there. Today I received a call from Missy, the one mentioned above, that I was over due for my oil change on the truck that I traded in almost a month ago. I released a vehicle at Varisty Ford in A2. Such a wonderful experience there. I have also received amazing service at the Ford dealership at 10 mile and Haggerty. Both may be a drive from Brighton Ford, but excellent service from these two dealerships, in my experience. Think twice before using Brighton Ford.

3.23.224 Ugh!! Inefficiency!! We took one of our vehicle to the dealership yesterday and it wasn't going to be ready until today. We got a call this morning that it was ready to pick it up. When we got there, we were told it wasn't ready. Then told your vehicle is ready that another customer with the same name car isn't ready. Then they tried to charge us over $200 more than we were originally told and had to refigure our bill which turned out to be a few dollars less than originally told. And here's the worst part; they now have a surcharge for paying with a credit card. One sign said 1.75% and another 2.75% which we pointed out. They no longer have a cashier, if you were planning to pay cash. The repair work was fine. The front line workers, not so muc and the surcharge stinks. No longer get a phone call asking if the service went well either. As you can already guess, we will be trying the dealership in the next town next time. I was told they d
