They gave me a quote of $2,950 to replace my timing chain in my truck, they took my engine out and multiple different parts, and then told me they couldn’t use my engine and my only option was to get a new one, so I chose not to get another engine installed, they left all the parts in my truck bed other parts including my engine , big mess in the back of my truck, fluids spilled everywhere, I chose to just pay them and never use them again.

Briseno’s auto electric and auto repair shop is now my new go to auto shop, the guys there are friendly, patient and really do give you the best price! I came here for my driver side window wouldn’t roll back up turned out the switch had broken, the work was done correct on my vehicle and fast, I will be returning if need to be. I was quoted $65.00 to diagnose a problem with my drivers side low beam headlamp. 2 hours after leaving my vehicle, I was called and told that my vehicle was ready and the charge was $285.00. I was never given an estimate. When I ask what the problem was, I was told that there were loose wires & terminals that needed to be cleaned. Prior to taking my vehicle to the shop, I purchased a light bulb and changed the bulb myself. The following day, the right side bulb went out. I purchased another bulb and had no luck on the right side. This is when I noticed that I was switching the high beam (inner bulb) instead of the low beam. This is the reason I couldn’t fix the drivers side. I was replacing the wrong bulb. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told that if I paid cash, I would only have to pay $200.00. Bottom line is that I paid $200.00 for someone to take 5 minutes and replace a $20.00 bulb. I feel this outfit is dishonest and uses unfair business practices. Would not recommend them..

The owner is extremely rude and is making me come out of pocket to tow my car to another shop simply because he doesn’t want to do the job, when you go to an auto shop you expect your car to be repaired not just told to take it somewhere else and charged for nothing being done + “storage” ridiculous I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
