Been taking our Mini Cooper there for a couple of years. Recently had some issues, $1600.00 worth of work done, drove it home and same issues were happening. Returned only to be told it needed $6,000 more worth of work. We can't afford that. Had I known, I wouldn't have spent the $1600, as the car is not drivable. Feel like they should have been a little more thorough the first time. Other than that, they have always been pretty good on getting us in and out without any issues.

Came in for an oil change for a pretty reasonable price. They sent over inspection photos and observations, very helpful since I don't have access to a lift. They also did a brake fluid flush which I was overdue for (TIL apparently every 2 years on a Mini). Ken is great. Professional, friendly, and might be on the autism spectrum (not a bad thing at all, just be prepared for some strange answers, lol). They are the same business as OC European Auto Service. Threw me off for a second since their website branding doesn't mention that at all.

Manager Ken is SO helpful, thoughtful, patient, experienced, and thorough. I’ve taken my 2019 Mini Countryman here a few times and have always been extremely pleased with both the conscientious service AND reasonable prices. Don’t hesitate to take your vehicles here!

John at MiniWorx is not just the best Mini mechanic I’ve ever worked with, but in the top 5 specialist mechanics I’ve used with my collection of offbeat cars in the last 20 years. He’s polite, really knowledgeable, charges fair rates and is always looking to give me best value for money. When I’ve had to have my car towed to the shop in the middle of the night it was ready for me within a couple of hours the next morning. The previous owner of my mini recommended this shop to me, and I will (and have) recommended it to anyone who asks.
