I don’t know where to begin. First things first I would highly recommend Ron at Britton’s. We brought our motorhome from California to have Ron replace the cylinders and rings on the engine. After exhausting all the mechanics in our area, none that had the knowledge or the experience to do what we needed. Ron always gave us a straight answer, which showed how knowledgeable he is. They gave us fair pricing and excellent work. I would drive back to Havasu anytime to have the confidence the work being performed is to par. Thank you again Ron! 🙌🏻

Very Accommodating !! Thanks so much to Ron, Evan and the whole crew at Britton’s for their help. They were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule for a complete transmission replacement!! We were traveling through Lake Havasu and we’re lucky enough to contact them when we had a catastrophic transmission failure. We were able to stay in our RV on their property for 5 nights! Estimated 3 week repair time turned into just 6 days !!! Thanks again everyone at Britton’s Auto Truck and RV Center.

If you need work done on a vehicle, this is a great place to get it done. They are friendly, knowledgeable and able to diagnose problems and fix them. I was completely satisfied with the work done on my Subaru.

I had another satisfying service at Britton’s in February 2025. Took the Jeep Wrangler for fluid changes: transmission including the filter, transfer case, both differentials and brake fluid. They accomplished the significant service in the allotted time, about 4.5 hours, and for a reasonable price. As with my two prior service visits for my motorhome, the attention to detail was superb. Marc made sure he was using the correct transmission fluid by calling Chrysler to confirm. When I arrived, they were very busy as usual. They pulled a technician off another project that wasn’t time critical and had him start my service immediately. As we were ready to depart, Ron (the owner) noticed something dripping from beneath the Jeep. He grabbed a rag and can of cleaning solvent and went under the Jeep to examine the source. It turned out to be cleaning fluid that was used to clean the transmission pan. Ron used the solvent and rag to tidy up. I didn’t write a review on the prior motorhome service, so here goes. I brought our Class A with a gas motor in for its 50,000 mile service in February 2024. That service involved: transmission fluid and filter change, differential oil change, coolant change, a complete brake replacement with brake fluid flush, greasing the front wheel bearings and spark plug and ignitor replacement. They had the rig for three days, completing the job one to two days early. The MOHO has run wonderfully well in the last year, and it’s a sincere piece of mind to know the brakes are essentially new and working great. I am so glad to have found Britton’s a couple of years ago. They are my go-to vehicle service shop. I won’t mention the prices we paid because understanding and acceptance of charges for service is personal to a great degree. While am always evaluating the cost, I feel that Britton’s has always provided reasonable fees. There are some things that I consider essential and worth paying for, and dependable service on my vehicles ranks high on that list. I highly recommend them.

The owner and staff are outstanding. They replaced my failed fan clutch on my 1995 Southwind. I appreciate they are willing to help keep these older motorhomes on the road.I will cone back next year and have them do some regular maintenance that will be due in a year!

We were on vacation in Havasu and our truck started dumping oil. We were trying to stop the leak in a gas station parking lot and Ron pulled in to see if he could help. Our truck is a Ford with a Cummins engine, and the vacuum pump lost a bolt and the seal. Ron took one glance at our engine and could see the issue. He took us to his shop and was able to work with our local mechanic in Montana and the manufacturer of the part to get it covered by warranty. Ron and his team kept us updated throughout the process. We are grateful Ron stopped to help, got us in right away and for the great communication.
