Bronx county collision is the most knowledgeable, kindest, and professional body shop I have ever brought my vehicle to. I will not bring my vehicle any where else but here. I had a really tough time with my insurance company after the rims and tires were stolen off of my car and my car was left on milk crates causing unsightly damage. Bronx county collision waited with me for hours until the police came and then put universal tires on my car and drove it onto the tow truck to protect it from further damage (most companies will drag your car onto the tow truck causing more damage). THAT'S NOT EVEN THE BEST PART ABOUT BCC. Instead of taking advantage of a young female who lacks knowledge on mechanics they educated and guided me into making smart and informed decisions regarding the repair of my car. My insurance adjuster from geico was horribly unprofessional/greedy and took advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. But John (the owner of bronx county collision) and his team FOUGHT for me against the insurance company so that my car could get the repairs it deserved. They even helped me out with the cost when the insurance company didn't want to cover the full repair of my car. When I got my car back it looked brand new, they even detailed the car. If you're having any thoughts about going to another auto repair shop, DON'T. Your car is in the best hands possible with John and his team at Bronx County Collision!

Just got my Tesla back from these guys and real talk it's looks way better than when I got it. John and his team did more than an exceptional job on my car. I highly recommend this body shop to ANYONE who needs any type of repairs done This is my second time going to John now, Aug of 2024. And this isn't second review since goodl won't let me .ake another separate review but My car got hit hit my Tesla and destroyed my steering system, wheels wouldn't even sit straight, tons of cosmetic damage and John and his team worked some serious magic , I mean my car looks NEW!! And it's driving better than before I swear. My friends saw my Tesla and thought I had it replaced , even they couldn't believe how clean and brand new it came back to me. Not many shops are actually skilled enough or qualified to work on Tesla but John and his people did their thing. I recommend 100%. I'm very pleased.
