They ALWAYS take good care of me and my car. Chris has been my advisor in the past - always honest and straight forward, I appreciate that, he goes above and beyond! I've been accommodated last minute and I'm so grateful for it! Diana was my advisor this time and she helped me a GREAT deal! She did so amazing with an issue that I had without having to leave my car overnight. I depend a great deal on this car including traveling with my son so any issues with it changes everything. Diana handled my situation so smoothly - going above and beyond. The team there is amazing and I know my car and I are in great hands. My maintenance has been covered due to my great experience with my salesman Peter cars in the Bronx dealership but once it expires I'm considering paying for the maintenance moving forward because I like not having to think about the car or even think about getting scammed. A place I can trust is important to me.
