Eric & Carlos were amazing! A total pleasure. They were so kind and informative. Extremely helpful. They helped me with my tires & rims too. Gave me great advice on a couple things like how to prevent theft. They went above and beyond to make my experience nice & easy. They get things done quick too which was great! They’re definitely the best tow company I’ve come across. I’d recommend them to everyone and I’ll definitely be using their service again the next time I’m in a jam. I must acknowledge that this company exemplifies the height of unprofessionalism. I requested the pickup of a vehicle I had purchased in Brooklyn, and the manager assured me that the driver would arrive at the designated location by 10:30 a.m. Upon my arrival, the driver was absent, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, my calls and messages went unanswered. When the manager finally responded around 11:45 a.m., he informed me that the driver had been stopped for an inspection by a state trooper and subsequently provided me with the driver's contact number. Upon contacting the driver to ascertain his estimated time of arrival, he indicated he would arrive by 12:20 p.m. After waiting until 12:48 p.m., I called the driver again at (347-840-1037), who rudely retorted, "What the hell man, you think I'm driving a jet? By the way, enjoy the rest of your day." I explained the prolonged wait since 10:30 a.m., to which he responded with indifference, stating he would not be coming. I contacted the manager once more, who then proposed sending another driver within 45 minutes. I respectfully expressed that I had been waiting since 10:30 a.m., and now, at 1:30 p.m., he expected me to wait even longer, especially after highlighting the rudeness of the initial driver. The manager took no corrective action. Ultimately, I waited until 4:00 p.m. and had to resort to hiring another towing company. I would strongly advise against recommending this establishment to anyone, as their customer service is profoundly abysmal.

Highly recommend!! After waiting over 5 hours for our insurance company to tell us they couldn’t help, we called Bronx towing! Carlos was there in 25 minutes and towed our car all the way to eastern Long Island! Thank you!!

I only leave reviews when I truly feel someone deserves the praise. My husband was waiting for a tow for over 4hrs through my "reputable " Insurance company. I gave up and called Bronx Towing. Luis said he would be there in 20 minutes. He had already taken the car in 15 minutes. He was extremely professional and courteous. He sent me pictures of where he dropped the car off and followed up with a call. I highly recommend using Bronx Towing and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Luis to handle your towing. Thank you so much!!
