So I took my 2011 Hyundai Sonata over to BROOKLYN CAR AUDIO AND SECURITY To get a GPS touchscreen installed and was talked into getting their camera and security system installed…It’s been about two months now and it’s already paid off….As while I was in My Home My car was hit while parked by a Amazon delivery truck, my alarm on my key system and my phone notified me right away, and I was downstairs in seconds… I had no intention of leaving the house that day, had I not had this system they could’ve drove off without any notification that my car was hit, because of this security system, I got everything on video and Amazon picked up my car the next day and had it fixed Need I say when I first got the system set up there was a few problems that I noticed with some of the installation But Brooklyn car audio and security, definitely took care of the situation and stay true to their word that there is lifetime warranty on the work they perform on the car. I do not fault them for what happened. It was merely a product default, which they swapped out right away And ever since then things have been great very good workmanship and great customer care. I’ve already recommended a friend to have it done and I will be using their services again

OMG… I love this place the customer service and the professionalism 🫶🏾🫶🏾 I had a shitty experience with a radio installer 2 days prior and when I brought my Jeep in to Brooklyn car audio Micheal ( whom I spoke with over the phone for several days *patience 👍🏾) and Mr.R lol and well let’s just say all three of the gentlemen that work in the office were not only extremely helpful with assisting me with selecting the perfect radio for my jeep. I can’t thank them enough. I had a wonderful experience. They gained two new customers and I will refer this place to anyone. They will make sure you get what you need done. I even got help with fixing issues the last installer messed up. #I appreciate you guys. You have a wonderful team mechanics too, keep up the great work. THANK YOU, BROOKLYN CAR AUDIO.. Great service very professional would recommend to everyone who need custom work done speakers and amps on ski wraps and lights on bike And tint windows sound systems for car. I had them do it all on all vehicles I own reasonable prices. 100% that you would be more then satisfied with service from Brooklyn car audio. Been using them for years and everyone I recommend always thank me for letting them know bout them.

Ramsey, Michael, David, the aunty from Guyana and all installers there are super professional. They went above and beyond to take care of me. I would recommend you to come and recieve car car from them. They do alarms, wrap vehicles, but hitting heavy with the ambient lighting that updates your car immediately! The best lighting kits are sold here. Don't hesitate and treat your car to an upgrade!
