My car came in with damage to the driver door and when I got the car back it looked as good as new. The mechanic Willie even offered to reinstall the decals that were on the old door, and my car came out looking great. I had a great experience with this place. Their work is top notch and they even got my vehicle done quicker than expected. Thank you for the excellent service.

I highly recommend this shop. Their customer service is phenomenal and Willy was such a huge help. I really appreciate the work the people in the shop do and they made my car look and feel new. This the only place I feel comfortable leaving my car with. You won’t be disappointed.

Had an accident that nearly totaled my car, front end was all busted and smashed up. I didn't get a choice in the location of the repair garage but, going forward if I ever have an issue again, this will be the place I want to go. Nobody wants to go to the repair shop for all the sketchy reasons but, the staff was all very friendly, they let me know what they were going to do in several cases before they did it. Which they didn't have to do. After the repairs were done, they explained to me exactly what was done. And talk about extra mile, I got my car back not only completely repaired but miles cleaner than it was when I had dropped it off. I basically live in my car sometimes because I spend so much time on the road with my dog traveling. The interior is admittedly not beautiful lol. When I got the car back, it had been basically detailed on the inside in addition to all the repairs. On top of that, the outside sparkles and shines so well that I could you not, I've had it back for a day and a half and sometimes I pass my car because I forget that it's mine because it looks brand new. Amazing work, amazing service. They helped what started as a nightmare of an experience with the accident, end on a very positive note.

From the time I entered the doors of Bruckner Collison I felt that my vehicle was in capable hands because of the comforting and accommodating customer service. So much so that I didn't feel the need to keep calling them to check on my vehicle. When they gave me the estimate of when my vehicle would be ready it was ready and when I picked up my vehicle, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the work that was done. I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them to others. There was not one person that I encountered did i have a negative experience with at Bruckner Collison.

From start to finish this team was more than helpful and made a not so great situation easy to navigate. They coordinated my rental car pickup while my car was being repaired and communicated when I needed updates. I picked up my vehicle and it looked brand new Will was helpful at the time of pick up and the customer service was top tier
