C.a.r.s. mobile mechanic

My heater hose broke while out of town. I called several mobile mechanics. One gave me a time and never showed up. I got a hold of Bo and he said he would come right away and he did. He fix my car and said to call if I had any more issues on my way home. They were wonderful and saved what was left of my day. They even checked to make sure I made it home. His wife even helped ease some of my anxiety. Thanks again to Bo and his wife. I highly recommended.

Stood me up all day yesterday we waited and waited and stayed at the meet up location just for him to bail and no response. He messaged me asking and i messaged back saying yes. Unprofessional. Don’t recommend New edit since he responded to my review. This is exactly why you don’t want to work with him or him do work to your car. he did in fact do my ball joint , took him about 4 hours, he left 4 main bolts missing cant even find them. He was supposed to do both but only did 1 , because it took him 4 hours to do one. Not only that, he’s now lying saying i canceled. He couldn’t even respond or be on time at all. Zero stars for this kid

Bo has done work on my car twice now. He’s at or below the cost of the local shop and he did it in my carport. Excellent to work with and will gladly use him again.

These reviews are an understatement to the horrible result from ALL mobile mechanics in Columbus. If I could leave a review for the whole city I would. Almost seems like there’s a massive city-wide scam of charging people for a $100-200 diagnostic fee then leave you out in the dark to deal with the problem yourself… Horrible. Trust the poor reviews and your instinct. Don’t hire these guys or anyone else. Just use YouTube or ChatGPT and fix the problem yourself. Man even hyped me up telling me he’s gonna take care of me…. What a joke. P.S. they’re probably gonna respond to this review acting as if they communicated with me or defending themselves somehow to invalidate my review . TRUST ME, they didn’t communicate AT ALL.

Bo was awesome! Sunday evening after being out the better half of the day at football camp I found myself having car trouble more than 70 miles away from home. He came to my location in a reasonable amount of time and offered me options with total price transparency. In less than 2 hours after his arrival my problem was diagnosed, repaired and checked for function. I recommend this business for anyone in the Columbus area! For reference I was in Powell I’d also like to note that the tow bill would have been $900 plus the repair itself, Bo fixed it for a fraction of that price saving me money and time.
