Stuck in Townville SC and these guys here did a wonderful job. Customer service was great! Prices were great and I definitely recommend them for future services. They were a big help and it was an all around great experience (In and Out)

I got shutdown by a Dot officer and was placed out of service for air line and a air leak and a tractor protection Valve . Adam came out within the hr , had me follow him to his shop and he ordered all my parts went got them and came back and repair all my issues within an hr !!!!! I was up and running and am able to safely operate my truck I am extremely pleased and Will definitely come back for anything that I need done !! Definitely would recommend to anyone needing service !!!

Early last week I received a new phone and number. My new number apparently used to belong to C&M. I have been bombarded with phone calls from truckers looking for this company. I spoke with the owner of C&M last Friday and after a heated conversation where things were said by both of us that probably shouldn't have been said, he agreed to remove the number from his website as he explained that that location was no longer open for business. As of today, I'm still getting blown up with calls and my number is still on the website. This is very stressful as I'm a disabled veteran with numerous health issues. I really don't understand why he refuses to fix the website and remove my phone number from it!!! Does he not realize that every time I get a call he is possibly losing business?? I have to silence my phone all day and night just to get some peace. Do the right thing man!!!!

Avoid them. Rip off scammers. I don’t know where they get this kind of prices for their services. Could hire a helicopter with a freightliner licensed technician for that price.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend. I feel sorry for the driver they dispatch. CarMax sent them to me an ETA of 60 min. After an hour I called and whoever the female is that answers told me it would be 30 minutes. I told her I had already waited and she sarcastically said 30 minutes again only for me to wait 30 minutes and then receive a call from the actual driver that it would be an additional 30 minutes. Do better is all I can say. Your drivers are the ones responding l, at least consider the rude energy they will receive from people because your dispatch sucks! Please do not respond with ignorance as if this didn’t happen..your ratings are already low for a reason…however Rick showed up very humble and nice…he was super professional and apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. He needs a raise and I hope he finds a better company to work for
