AAA contacted them to tow my vehicle. The time was approximately 1 hour to wait. Not a problem. I did call the company to give my exact location. The business name parking lot. She did say they were short on drivers and were looking for other tow companies to help and she would contact me. I never heard from them. I called AAA to cancel the tow. I gave 2 stars because she answered the phone, was polite and I could tell they were busy.

If I could give no stars I would!!! AAA connected me with them at 6pm. I got a call before the tech arrived. I specifically asked would they have a battery of if I need one. He replied that yes they have batteries with them. When the tech arrived (7:13pm) he didn’t have a battery, he told me to follow him to the shop and I can buy one and they would put it in. It was a snow storm I wasn’t driving that far! I called the man that called me first he said the tech will be back with a battery. I received a text that they would arrive at 9:28pm then another at 9:49pm. I called back at 11:30pm and asked what happened. A lady informed me that the tech left for the night. They will send another company out with the battery. I have to be on sight with my ID, So now I had to call off work short notice and received a write up!! Well well well here it is 12:52am and the lady calls me and tells me they don’t have a battery at all for my vehicle. Like what in Gods green earth is really happening here! I am so livid right now. You shouldn’t play with people lively hoods like this. I work in healthcare as a DSP. Our clients and my co-workers depend on the next person to arrive and be on time. I would have called a uber or called off earlier. I have never got a write up and now because this company has poor communication and LIED TO ME, they RUINED me getting my PROMOTION!!! I can’t stop crying and I hope others don’t trust nothing they say! Tell AAA to send someone else!!

They never showed up for my car. It seems to be a common theme as you can see in other reviews. My mom already left a review, but it was such a genuinely awful experience that I wanted to share again. They lied saying that we weren’t there. How would they know if they never even showed up? My parents both stayed with my car (they brought their car, so how could he miss TWO cars?) ended up costing us two hours of sleep just for them to never even show. We had to call someone else.

Never showed up! They were contacted by AAA for us. AAA sent a link so that we could track their progress on their way to tow us, but it never moved! They were expected at 2:05 am, which was about an hour after our initial call. We waited in the middle of the night for what seemed like forever. We called several times, no answer, mailbox full. We continuously checked the link to see their progress and still no movement. At 3:30 am, we got a text from AAA thanking us for our business and hoped we were satisfied. We called AAA to let them know that we were still waiting for the tow. They looked at the notes left by the “driver” and said that the driver arrived and we were not there. We did not move. We COULDN’T move, so obviously the driver went to the wrong location if he ever even left his bed (which is probably more true since the tracker didn’t move). If he HAD arrived and couldn’t find us, why wouldn’t he call, text, something? We were so upset that we waited hours and hours with no contact. AAA sent another towing company to us and they arrived in ten to fifteen minutes. We were able to track them, which is why we doubt that Ammari even left when they accepted the tow for us. We were so very happy with Red Carpet Towing when he arrived. Never again will we use this unpredictable joke called Ammari Towing. AAA should take them off of their list of dependable towing companies. Red Carpet towing is the way to go for professional, friendly service and Edwin was terrific!

Great service!! This company provided great customer service and our towing specialist was prompt, courteous, thoughtful, and professional.
