Called to ask about my oil change. Bob answered and told me David would handle that for me when I arrived. David was friendly and professional when I arrived. He finished in about 20-30 minutes. He also noticed that my cabin filters were dirty and changed them. He explained that because my car was smaller and there were lots of fires then they needed to get changed. I appreciated him going the extra mile to check that everything was good. I felt that he respected me and did not 'mansplain' anything which I am used to getting. Both men that I dealt with were kind and professional. It is also nice and clean in there, which I appreciate, and their chairs are pretty comfy. I noticed there were refreshments like coffee but I didn't get any this time. Definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks David and Bob!

A friend suggested I try them out and since it’s close to her house and they didn’t mind me dropping my car while we surfed, I did. I got a tire plugged, oil changed and they discovered I needed a radiator cap replacement. At no additional charge, tires were rotated and balanced. I was given a full diagnosis. Now I know what else is coming soon with cost. My previous mechanic for over 15 years closed his shop. I’ve been looking for a new mechanic. This will be my new mechanic.

Engine light had come on. Bob and his staff were so great to work with As they performed the diagnostics and kept us updated. The repair was basic and very fair priced. We had previously taken our car to the dealership where they told us it needed a repair that was 800x the cost of Calabasas Car Care. We feel like Bob and his staff are the only repair service around that we can fully trust and rely on.

David was incredible. I popped my tire just five minutes away and had AAA come to replace it but my spare was also flat. It was a Sunday nearing 5pm so everywhere was closed or about to be closed. I found Calabasas Car Care Tire Pros on the map and it said it was closing soon so I called and they managed to very kindly stay open just in time for me to get towed over and they replaced my tire. They saved me so much trouble because otherwise I’d have to have my car towed somewhere overnight because everything else was closed and then I’d have to come back the next day and miss work. THANK YOU CCC TIRE PROS I LOVE YOU!
