Towing cancelled 2x for no reason proceed after 30mins I got a towing confirmation it says on the way here eta is 17mins; I was standing outside for good 1hour and folks didn't answer, did not show up yet said it was completed task . Wasted my time dealing with these folks. I do not recommend this towing company !!

Tow truck driver was rude as hell and ended up leaving my family and I on the side of the road he even doubted I was who I say I was in my id card which was very offensive and was pushy before saying he don't got to be there so I said fine he said ok I'm leaving I said bye! Rude as hell obviously he don't care bout the situation we were in and makes the company look real bad .

The person who came to pick up my truck on October 1st and take it to Gills' transmission shop, claiming he was a supervisor, is lucky I was at work in San Louis Obispo. Because if I was there and you disrespected my wife like you did, this would have taken you to a whole other place. Do NOT use this place to request another company like Golden Empire Towing. Never again!!

I called my insurance, and they sent this company. The driver arrived very quicky. Ruben was so helpful and very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This guy did everything that he could and helped me get back on the road. He genuinely did care. Would recommend Cal State towing to anyone.

Life is hard along with a bad government leadership that caused severe economic inflation and affected so many business establishment to close. I find this towing service a real blessing for towing my Jeep, even though I have to wait four hours. I am thankful to the Almighty God there are still towing services despite of our deteriorating economy. We arrived in the "Mechanic Shop" and noticed more than ten cars in the garage with 'One" hard working mechanic. Yes, this is the reality and we should be thanking God our country still exists. I am giving Cali Towing a five star despite of the long wait because they tried their very best to bring my Jeep to the shop. Patience is a virtue and as a follower and believer of our Lord Jesus Christ, God commands us to show love and compassion to all the people who are working hard to help us, and for all the people that hates us. Some people might not like this review, but it's okay.
