Caliber Collision has WONDERFUL service, does BEYOND exceptional work, and has AMAZING staff. There are so many words to describe how great the Caliber Collision in Laramie is, that I simply would not be able to fit all of it into this review. Marty Bishop, the general manager, as well as all of the staff that helped to get my truck repaired, did it in an efficient and timely manner. I am very pleased with how patient and helpful Marty was with my insurance company and myself throughout this process. They have great communication and do their very best with updating you along the way. I got my truck back in no more than 3 weeks with it going in with extensive damage. 10/10 experience with this collision shop, and I highly recommend coming here for an easy and stress free repair process. If I ever need any repairs again, they will have my business for life!

We had a Honda CRV in beautiful condition except for a fender bender that damaged part of the frame. Tucker, Steve, Marty, and the whole crew were awesome restoring the vehicle back to safe and polished condition. They did the haggling with our insurance and kept us informed all along the way. Super nice people and great quality work. Highly recommend.

My Husband, two dogs, seven month old, and I were 1/4 of the way through our move and had an extremely difficult trip as is, and then our automatic Jack would not retract. We were just looking for someone to grind it off, but Tucker and Marty went the extra mile and removed the whole thing so we can use it later in the future. We were struggling financially, and they were good souls, just trying to help family me. We cannot thank you enough! I don’t know what we would’ve done if they had not helped us! Thank you Tucker and Marty!!!

Wow! Caliber Collision knocked it out of the park with quality service and repair!! Marty, our contact at Caliber Collision, was so wonderful to work with and just such a friendly, professional person! He provided timely updates and was so upbeat and nice to talk with on the phone each time he called. Our vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and it looked fantastic when it was all finished! The workmanship on all the repairs was top notch and we couldn't be more pleased with the excellent experience we had! Caliber Collision is the place to go if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of needing vehicle repairs. We recommend them 110%. Thank you, Marty and the Caliber Collision Team!

Great customer service from the team at Caliber here in Laramie. Very friendly staff and I was informed all along the way of the process and when to expect my vehicle. Repair work looks brand new. Caliber is a professional repair shop and I will use Them again!!!
