I had a wonderful experience with Caliber. This was my first time going through the process. They were professional and personable and called each week (sometimes daily) with any updates they had. The work they did was great, and I'd highly recommend Caliber to anyone looking to feel informed through the entire process. Great experience.

I had my infiniti repaired to perfection here. The customer service was exceptional. The manager Scott kept me informed of the progress and made sure everything was done perfectly including a spoiler that needed a clear coat that I forgot to mention. The paint work was done exactly right on this very hard to match metallic with a purple undertone black. Thanks Scott and the crew at Caliber for exceeding all of my expectations.

Everyone at Caliber was so helpful and kind after I hit a deer and needed my car repaired! They kept me updated throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

I was recently in a fender bender in which the liability fell to the other driver. Once contacted by their insurance carrier, I was asked which collision center I’d prefer to work with. Having worked with Caliber twice in the past, I requested them. Though their communication has always been lacking, they do offer superior craftsmanship which is backed by a warranty. For me, as frustrating as it is to be kept in the dark, their results were worth the extra effort on our end. Unfortunately, this most recent experience was so disappointing on so many levels that I cannot in good faith recommend them nor will I ever again utilize their services. I own a 2008 Lincoln MKX. It has low miles for an older SUV, and we’ve recently put a new transmission into it. Mechanically, it runs well, and is pretty clean. Unfortunately, a concaved rear fender and scratched bumper resulted in nearly a $7k estimate from Caliber which totaled out the vehicle. As salvage titles aren’t placed on NE vehicles over 12yrs old, we elected to keep it and have it repaired with the insurance claim money. That said, because the rental car was no longer covered by insurance, before we could schedule repairs, we needed to resume possession of my vehicle and return the rental. As I mentioned previously, communication is practically nonexistent. Calls and emails aren’t returned but with determined patience your call will eventually be transferred to the estimator. Having experienced this in the past, I called Caliber to confirm the information provided by the insurance company. I was advised on Friday that the SUV was ready to go and could be picked up anytime on Monday. Come Monday afternoon around 2PM, my car was nowhere in sight. We waited nearly 20min in the office for it to be brought up from another building only to find it had grease on the interior seats and carpet, the vinyl paperwork pocket was still hanging from the passenger seat, and green paint was drawn around the various damage points and back window. In past visits, Caliber had the exterior washed, interior wiped down and carpet vacuumed. Not this time. After asking how to get the paint off, the service tech left to get a rag and glass cleaner. When he returned, we ended up removing their identification packets, wiping down the interior and removing the neon paint. Even more infuriating was the little baggie of screws they left in my cup holder. They couldn’t even be bothered to secure my bumper back to the vehicle. Upon further inspection, the singular concaved dent is now convex and wavey, paint was chipped off and the vehicle has begun to rust. The final drop in the bucket, however, came later that day when we took our girls to soccer practice. Once on the interstate and up to speed, the hood bounced up. Caliber for some reason had popped the hood and didn’t even properly close it. Thank goodness the safety latch didn’t fail because I can only imagine the implications if it had completely opened. We pulled off onto the shoulder and in rush hour traffic my husband hopped out to adequately shut the hood. I mean, the damage to the vehicle was the passenger rear quarter panel and bumper. Why they looked at anything under the hood is beyond me. I don’t presume to know what an inspection entails however I never assumed that my vehicle would be returned to me in worse condition than when I left it. I can only speculate that Caliber’s actions were an attempt to mitigate their losses during the estimating process assuming that as the insurance company totaled the vehicle, they wouldn’t get the job. Non-existent communication aside, had they provided at minimum a neutral customer service experience, they would have maintained our patronage. Regrettably, Caliber’s utter disrespect for the care of my vehicle and complete lack of concern for our safety are the reasons for my substandard review. Perhaps one of their other locations provides a more positive customer experience but I would caution anyone from utilizing their services in the future.
