Caliber Collision

Took my car here to get it repaired after a hit and run accident. Julian and his whole entire staff made sure my car was well taken care of. The whole staff was very friendly and attentive. My car came back looking brand new from the inside/outside. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs to get some work done on their vehicle.

I called caliber to get our vehicle fixed following an accident. Nelly assisted me on the phone and said without hesitation she could have a team member give me a ride home and that I could drop off the vehicle that afternoon. Their staff were efficient and had impeccable communication, the repair was completed in a timely manner and you could not tell where the damage occurred.

Normally Caliber Collision provides great customer satisfaction plus quality work in their repairs. In my case, their providing proper customer care was significantly low compared to the norm that’s a lot better. It took several text messages plus phone calls for proper action took place. By this time about 5 days passed. I had to take time off from work adding to a problem that should’ve been simple. My car looks great but the whole process made it seem senseless and frustrating.

Superior quality work. Timely updates every step of the way. On time delivery. They worked with my insurer and made a difficult situation as painless as possible. Highly recommended for auto body work. I had a personal family situation requiring expedited delivery of my vehicle. They expended extra ordinary effort to meet the tight deadline. Extra two stars for that!!
