I had my car repaired here in November last year because it was in-network body shop for my insurance company and part of the famous caliber collision chain. However, based on the facts that I can see, the quality of repair is significantly worse than a non-branded body shop that I went to in Los Angeles. I am not a picky person so I can live with that. Yet, I strongly suggest people who still have a choice to avoid this body shop considering their price is not cheap at all. Besides, they peeled off the door edge guard of my driver’s door and did not put it back. Even though the store manager said that they would order materials to fix it, I never got a call from the store afterwards.

Ask for Will! He's seriously the best, kept me informed the entire time and walked me through any bumps in the road (if a part was behind schedule or came damaged to no fault of their own!) And made sure I was always in the loop with my baby (my car)! Also, be patient with a collision repair place, they're doing the best they can as they wait for the parts to come in! My car looked better than it did even before my accident, and I'm in awe of their work!
