Caliber Collision

Caliber Collision handled my claim with professionalism and care. I was rear-ended on the way to school drop-off, and coffee spilled all over my vehicle. My back bumper was damaged and part of it fell off. Dhalia was my claims manager, and she made sure to keep me updated and informed throughout the entire process. She even made sure to have my car detailed to take care of the coffee. One of the parts needed for my bumper replacement is back-ordered, so rather than make me wait to get my car back, they put on the slightly cracked piece and allowed me to take my car back for now. Once the part arrives, they will have me bring the car in to replace the cracked part. Seriously, this place was awesome and I highly recommend it to anybody needing their car fixed!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and quality of work. Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with such care as at Caliber in LG. From their updates, quality of work and professionalism, I’m blown away at how they had all of my best interests in mind. My car was finished earlier than expected it looks amazing! Thank you to Miguel and Sam who made repairs seem less. I would 150% return here if I ever need repairs again.

My daughter’s car got rear ended and the bumper needed to be repaired. Allstate recommended Caliber for the repair to be done. They kept me informed everyday by text and a phone call. Our car looks brand new. What’s so wonderful about Caliber is that they’re not just an auto repair center, they can also detail your car. Amazing service!

Alex was courteous and professional. He made out experience seamless. Our vehicle came back to us looking brand new.. Not only did they clean the entire car but they detailed it as well. I highly recommend Caliber Collision of LG.
