My vehicle was hit and it resulted in needed some repairs. I went to this Caliber Collision Center and immediately felt confident that this was the best place for repairs. The office manager Paula was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured me that they’d take care of everything for me with the insurance. The service advisor Nicolas was very polite and explained the process very clearly. He ensured me and made me feel like my vehicle was in the right hands. He was also very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience as a person not just a customer. Lastly, the General manager Luis was awesome. I was greeted and treated like a VIP. Thanks to Paula, Nicolas, Luis, and the team at Caliber for making my car look way better than it did when it first came in. This was one stress free and very convenient experience I was provided. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for all your vehicle body repair needs.

We appreciate Caliber Collision and their great work. Paula I believe is the office Manager and helped us schedule everything with no problem! Tiffany was our service advisor and Luis the general Manager, all three gave great customer service and were all friendly and attentive to our needs! I had an almost great experience with caliber. The only issue I had was the lack of communication between my service adviser and I. I was told that my car would be ready for pick up the following wednesday and I kept having to call back to get updates on the delays. Which I understand things come up and there isn’t a set schedule with repairs. My service adviser ended up having to drop the car off to me, himself, friday evening because I only had a ride for a certain period of time prepared and I was told too late about the delay (which i had to call to find out about). But other than that, my experience was great and my car is in wonderful condition. Everyone was very nice and professional and you gotta love the lifetime warranty on the repairs and parts!

A few months ago I was involved in a hit and run. I was very upset and called my insurance agent to report it. I was referred to Caliber Collision to get my car repaired. Well I just got it back and it looks amazing! I'm so happy. My car looks incredible inside and out. The people at Caliber are profession, courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend them!
