Excellent work. My Subaru looks new! So excited to take it out. The service at this location was top notch. From the time I walked in I felt like I was family. Victoria the Office Administrator welcomed me warmly and the Kayla the Service Advisor helped me understand everything needed and worked with me to make sure insurance was a breeze.

I recently took my car to Caliber to fix a bad gouge in the back passenger door of my Outback. The most challenging part was the rental car agency was 20 minutes late to pick me up after I dropped my car off. If that was the biggest issue, I have to rate the whole thing an A. Working with Caliber, my insurance and the car rental were all extremely smooth, and thankfully did not require multiple follow-up calls or paperwork from me to get it done. Caliber was great about keeping me informed via text of where my car was in the process and when it would be done. I picked it up two days ago and it looks great. While I certainly would have preferred no one hit my car, I'm really happy with the result of Caliber's fix, and the overall painless process working with them.
