I just had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Mr. Joe Lopez handed everything from initial estimate to final delivery of my vehicle. He is incredibly professional,attentive to my concerns, and made the whole process seamless. His estimate was efficient and the price was very reasonable. This is the 2nd time I brought my car to this shop for repairs with a year, and I have been impressed in both times. Their work is consistently reliable and prompt. They cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car before returning it to me. With their magic touch, my car looked sparkly shining- almost like new! My neighbor was also impressed and asked me what I have done with my car to make it look like it just rolled off the lot. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality auto repair services.

Victor was extremely helpful and very responsive to us during the process. He kept us completely up-to-date with the timeline of the repair and delivered on the day the car was expected. We couldn't be more appreciative of him and the team, and if we have any future repair needs, this is definitely where we will be bringing our car.

5 stars for Joe (my service advisor) and 5 stars for the overall experience! If I have to describe my experience with this shop, it would be: Professional Swift Streamlined Timely (actually, I had a personal request and Joe gave the car back, a day prior to the promised date without any compromising the quality!) Clean & complete service with precision. I took my car in on the day of appointment (my insurance had setup the appointment) and was able to get it inspected without any delays. Made the service appointment and that was a smooth experience as well. Dropped my car and once it was ready for pickup, I received the call as well. Highly recommend this place and business. People are cordial and very eager to support your needs.

I was not just satisfied by the professionalism and workmanship, but also surprised by the experience. They were in constant communication to keep me informed, being efficient with my time and managed expectations. I was surprised that it was an end-to-end very pleasant experience to complete the repair after an unpleasant accident. I was involved in an accident a little over two weeks ago; some kid made an illegal maneuver and hit me pretty good. At any rate, my insurance company reached out to Caliber Collision, and they had my 2017 Toyota Camry picked up, from my home. I wasn’t able to pick up the rental car right away, so they actually sent one of their employees out to my home for me to sign the paperwork—which was super convenient! They picked up my car on the 6th and was scheduled to be finished with the repairs on the 20th—approximately two weeks. In the meantime, there was a delay with one of the major parts, but Joe went above and beyond in working with another one of their locations to ensure the part was delivered ASAP—and the repairs were still completed on time—I picked up my car on the morning of the 20th! Not only that, but there were some prior minor damages to my car—and guess what? Joe even ensured those minor damages were taken care of! I was SO excited when I saw my car—it looked exactly as it did in 2022, when I first drove it off the lot! I am so very grateful for Joe and the Staff at Caliber Collision, who did such a wonderful job of maintaining superb communication and providing world class customer service! They truly lived up to their mission, in “Restoring the Rhythm of my Life!” Without reservation, I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision in Fremont, for car damage repair! THANK YOU JOE AND STAFF! :)
