Caliber was a 10/10 shop. It was my first experience having to go through auto repairs from a rear end accident. From start to finish everyone was organized, professional, friendly and very efficient. My car was ready exactly when they told me it would be and looks better than before, they even cleaned it inside and out before I picked up. They also helped with my rental at Enterprise. I had a very good experience with caliber they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and it was actually ready 3 days earlier than what was scheduled. My brand new 2023 Sienna was involved in a traffic accident, and the question was who will bring it back to the original. My decision was correct and the Calliber Collision made the repair. Richard was excellent, I mean, customer service is the main essence you see in any business. The car looked brand new, cannot tell the car ever had an accident. Excellent repair facility, friendly, courteous, and completed the repair in a timely manner.
