We originally chose to go here since our insurance worked with them and we were unfamiliar with other options in the area. The staff has been above friendly, kept us updated every step of the way, and has even looked into things that we were worried may not be working right after it was returned without any hesitation and with smiling faces! They even got our vehicle back to us early! If you want people who will keep you updated, are extremely friendly, and actually care, this is a really good place to go! I’ve included before and after pictures to show an example of their work!

Thankful for the excellent customer service from Ruby— every step of the way!! Good customer service is hard to find these days. Such a pleasure to of had Ruby! My dad’s truck looks great too— nice job by the repair crew as well. Will definitely recommend you and if I ever need this type of work done on my vehicles, I will be back!! Thank you. I couldn't have asked for better service. My car was returned to me in perfect condition. The staff there, Ruby and Misty, were wonderful. They kept me updated on the progress of my car via text message and when parts were ordered and delivered they kept me advised. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted a good job done.

Caliber Collision - definitely trustworthy! Misty was fantastic to work with. She has a sweet voice and is super friendly. She eased my skepticism, and explained to me how an estimate may go. I felt comfortable to move forward with Caliber Collision. (Which I can’t say that about another Repair company that I tried working with here in Jackson). Ruby was also so very friendly. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and determined! I was notified and updated every step of the way. Even though I had some minor issues with my Insurance company, she worked hard to get me my vehicle back as soon as she could. She even had the courtesy to wash it! Looked great when I got it back. Staff is honest, hard working, friendly, and amazing to work with. I recommend them %100!

Absolutely loved my experience with Ruby she had been by my side throughout my entire repairs. She kept me informed and was always eager to help come up with a solution. I received my car back today and it looks absolutely amazing I didn’t even recognize it anymore . I am truly satisfied with my service
