Upon arriving to the shop for the initial estimate, the gentleman who helped me asked if I wanted him to write it up as a total loss, so i could get paid That was my 1st red flag. I did not hear from them until the night before my car was ready. When he called to advise me my car was ready, he informed me my battery was now dead and I would have to buy a new one. I explained my battery was perfect when my car went to them, and I had drove by several times and seen my car with lights on, just sitting there. He was gracious enough to buy me a new battery. He put the cheapest battery on the market in my car, and did not give me my $300 battery back (which had a warranty). Upon leaving his shop, I noticed a loud rattle. I had my mechanic look it over, there were nuts and bolts missing. Immediately I took my car back, they fixed it and once again I left. Nope, rattle still there. Went back, they looked it over again, said a metal plate had somehow come loose, but they fixed it and checked everything out again . Today my mechanic looked it over again. There were lots of bolts not tight, nuts missing, spare parts sitting on the engine. At this point, we are making the repairs to their shady work ourselves. I am lucky to have someone that can ensure my vehicle is safe- others might not have anyone.

Caliber Collision was AMAZING!! great service extremely professional. My vehicle was done within the estimated time and they kept me updated every step of the way. They even assisted me with getting my rental and returning it for me. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their vehicle worked on.

Caliber Collision is amazing! They make everything so easy for the customer. They repaired my car before the estimated time. Kept me informed along the way. AND delivered my car to me clean inside and out. Great company!
