this location take pride in customer service and quality. making sure their customers cars are taken care of and meeting deadlines/demands. I've worked with this location going on a year & many other caliber collisions but this location has the best service by far. Rebecca and Felipe are the regulars we speak to. highly recommend anyone and everyone to interact with them and if they are not available WAIT! It was a terrible experience with the enterprise section. Suffice it to say, they don't relay appropriate information at the optimal time. They waited until after I rode a bike clear across town to inform me of certain company policies that, had I been informed of it earlier, I never would have come.

Felipe did an amazing job. He has great customer service. The rest of the staff were also good as well. Felipe kept me informed on all updates and always worked with me the entire time my car was at caliber collision. I will recommend this location to anyone who needs any repairs done.

I left my 2023 Hyundai Sonata to get repaired. I was told my vehicle was going be ready a certain date and they change the date 2-3 due to that I had returned my car rental because they had already given a date .. I ended up waiting a week and half more due to them switching up the days . when I finally received a call that my vehicle was ready my car had very bad dry water spots on the paint windshield rim side finder and front grill .. very upset

Had an accident and it took very good care of me. I love the fact that they go over and be on to explain what's gon. Na, be happening to your car and answer any questions that need to be answered. They also have communication through phone call and text message to update you with everything they are doing. After they're done even though they explained everything they go over it again to tell you what they've done to. The care very amazing people to work not go to any car place other than them. Never had a problem with them.
