I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision at this Fresno location 3365 W Sussex Way Ashlan/Valentine area. Everyone was helpful, friendly, & professional. Staff kept me informed of the status as a part had to be ordered & the repair was completed to fit my schedule. I have had no issues whatsoever with my vehicle and this will be my body shop of choice. 💯 They even cleaned my very dirty windows!👍

Service was excellent! We received text messages every couple of days letting us know the progress of the repairs. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful as was our service person Daisy. Car was even finished earlier than anticipated. Highly recommend them!

The last communication from them indicated a repair completion date of 10/15. They called and sent text messages on 10/11 at 4:30 saying it was done. I missed both. They should have let me know that it might be done by then. I live only 10 minutes from the shop. 10/11 was a Friday. Consequently, I had to wait until Monday to get my vehicle.
