Excellent customer service, quality of body work and painting needs improvement. Overall I am happy with the service. The check in was smooth, very professional, and does not take a lot of waiting. I appreciate how I was updated with the status of my car and which shop it has been transferred. The estimated time of job accomplishment and delivery time was excellent. The car was delivered to me at my workplace. It has been cleaned inside which made me feel that they really care about their customers. They removed some panel errors in my car which is not part of the job and I greatly appreciate it. It was quite a surprise! The downside for me is when they called me to pick-up my car and found out that the bumper that was attached was not properly installed. It needs adjustments on both side of the car because of a large gaps, and it ended up that I have to leave the car. When they delivered my car, the installed bumper still has noticeable gaps. I expected that it would look like new, but there are a little bit of misalignment and gaps on the bumper. I can feel splattered paint on some parts of it. As an owner I noticed these things but for other people they might not notice it until pointed out. Over all, with an excellent customer service, and a fixed bumper. I’ll say that I can recommend them to friends.

The customer service was top-notch – the staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make the process smooth and stress-free. Not only did they fix the damage to my car flawlessly, but they also provided full-service integration with my insurance provider and coordinated my car rental, which made everything so much easier. On top of that, they detailed the inside of my car, leaving it spotless, and finished the work two days earlier than promised! The team’s efficiency, communication, and attention to detail were impressive, and my car looks and feels like new. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the exceptional customer service I received. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto body repair. My car was repaired beautifully it looks like a brand new car they did such a good job. The Personnel I worked with and talked to were very knowledgeable very efficient and absolutely the nicest people you would want to meet.

A great experience! I’m covered by State Farm and Caliber Collision worked seamlessly with the insurance company. The staff was extremely professional; I received regular text message updates of the repair progress; and the car was clean and complete when it was returned to me. I’m extremely satisfied, and can’t offer any suggestions for improvement. I definitely would use them again!
