Caliber Collision

After my accident, I wasn’t certain where I wanted to take my vehicle for repairs. My daughter told me how great Caliber was, so I chose them. Am I ever thankful I did! This company is stellar. Not only their work, but their customer service is exceptional! I even stopped at a Caliber in another town to thank them and tell them how wonderful their company is. They were appreciative. GO Caliber!

Not very happy. This is the second time I've taken my car to them to get fixed & more damage is done on my car. This second time was to have my passenger doors fixed due to an accident. The work on that was great, but my car has damage that wasn't there before. My passenger window is scratched. And my front bumper wasn't clipped back in all the way. It's almost like they were just careless. Seems like the parts they take off your car, they just throw it to the side and don't put that extra care to make sure it doesn't get damaged. I wanted to give them a second chance but now I know for sure to go with a different repair shop for future repairs.

Overpromised and under delivered, the worst experience ever. Sent two tow trucks to pick up one car, should’ve been my first sign of how incompetent they are. Waiting weeks to hear back, they do not update you like they say on the first day, you have to call them. Kept saying it would be ready it wasn’t, gave me one price to pay and on the same day changed it said my insurance would explain. Mediocre work, horrible organization, booked too many people in such a small hot office. Rushed me out, didn’t go over repairs just here’s paperwork leave. My car was on empty and my elderly dad had to drive to the closest station because my light was on. When I called the office, David says that’s how you brought it in. They sent two tow trucks, I don’t run my car on fumes, and no notice to me when they saw him get in as he was helping me get it home. I live 30 minutes away and had to ask for a ride every time they said it would be ready and wasn’t. No consideration for their customers. Shoddy work, paint isn’t right on fender. I’m calling my insurance for this, absolutely horrible experience.

The repair work looks brand new. Everyone was friendly and competent. The car was cleaned inside and out which made us extremely happy! What a fantastic company!!
