Blown away by the level of service at the Duarte, CA Caliber location. The paint on my car seemed ruined after a fire sprinkler at my apartments carport leaked on my car's trunk and windshield. I took it to Detail Union nearby and they quoted just over $1k with no guarantee the deposits would completely come out. I then did some research and found Caliber would be able to assist with paint correction or repainting if needed. I went through Geico, but Caliber did the job without me having to use up a claim, a deductible, or $1k! They really hooked me up and there is no trace of any etching left on the paint or window. They also gave the car a good wash. Extremely impressed with the assistance Israel provided and I will be bringing more business to them in the future.

I took my car to get repaired at this caliber collision and was assisted by Jacques. He was extremely kind and helpful and answered all of my questions regarding my car! He went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and high quality repairs to my vehicle. I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident it looked brand new! I fully trust my vehicle in their hands here!
