I had recently purchased a Snugtop SnugLid for my truck, but needed it color matched to the truck and stopped by this location for an estimate since I had done business with this shop while under previous ownership. Christina greeted me upon arrival and then I met with Robert (manager) to explain what I wanted done. He understood my needs, gave me a very reasonable quote, and we scheduled the project. I came by at the appointment time, the guys removed the lid from my truck, and they kept me informed of progress via text. When the lid was ready, I dropped off my truck and the guys cleaned out the dusty bed, installed the freshly painted lid, and made the necessary adjustments so it would close properly. Also, the color match is spot on with the factory paint on the truck. I was very pleased with the process, outcome, and professional treatment of Robert, Chris, and Christina. I highly recommend this Caliber location for any of your auto body maintenance needs. Thank you Caliber! Update 02/05/25: I wanted to swap my bumpers from chrome to color matched on my 2021 Tundra, so I stopped by in Nov. 2024 and Chris gave me a quote. I bought the parts that needed to be painted and dropped them off on 12/02/24. They did a good job previously painting and installing my bed lid and painting my grille so I felt comfortable having them do this project. After multiple delays to get me scheduled, I dropped my truck off on Friday 01/17/25 and was told it would be done by end of day since the parts were already painted the previous month. When it was discovered extra parts were needed, I was told parts would be delivered on Saturday and it would be done by Monday 01/20/25, which was understandable. After a week of multiple excuses on why the work was not completed by the committed date, I stopped by and found that the windows were left down over the weekend during the rain. I don't know why anyone would have the windows down since they should always be kept closed due to the recent fires and the impending rain in the area. After my truck dried out and no musty smells were present, I specifically told Victor and Robert via text and in person not to clean the inside the vehicle with any chemicals or cleaners because my truck still smells new inside and I want to maintain the new condition and new car smell as long as possible and not introduce any chemical smells or fragrances from any cleaners. When I picked up my truck on Thursday 01/30/25, I noticed they detailed my truck and cleaned the interior with some kind of plastic rejuvenator to get rid of the water spots from the rain the previous weekend. I went to Caliber for a simple cosmetic bumper replacement which did not require any interior issues to be addressed, but now my interior is left with unpleasant smells that could have been easily avoided if the staff used some common sense and followed basic instructions from me, the customer. Although I appreciate the gesture of not charging me any labor for the project, I am beyond furious that my like new, 3 year old, 7k mile truck smells like an old car that has had an interior reconditioning that was not necessary. In addition, the bumper alignment is still off after several attempts, so I will have to have it addressed and be without my vehicle again. I have left my windows down in the garage the last five days and the smell is still there. I am very disappointed with the outcome of what should have been a very simple task. I hope that smell goes away so I can enjoy my truck again.

Very professional, and quality work done! My car looked brand new! They also buffed out some minor scratches, and replaced a missing headlight without charge! I definitely recommend this shop.

This place was efficient and communicative. My car looks good as new! I noticed though that they support Arcadia highschool. You're in Monrovia so why not support MHS? Arcadia has plenty of support already. Why should we shop local if local doesn't support our community?

I would like to recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs done to their vehicle. My mother was in an accident and when it was time for repairs, I immediately wanted to get her car serviced at Caliber Collision. My husband has had his car fixed there in the past and they did a really amazing job. Two weeks later, my mom’s car looks brand new. The customer service was really great from the first day until the very end when they gave my mother her car back. Special shoutout to Christopher and Luis in Monrovia for keeping us informed throughout the process.
