I highly recommend this facility. Their staff from receptionist, estimators, coordinators to mechanics are all worthy of praise. They repaired my vehicle expeditiously, while keeping me well informed throughout. The quality of repairs is also good. They also also accommodated my requests for pre-delivery checks of calibration, safety features and undercarriage inspection. I suggest that they invest in a camera system so that undercarriage inspection by an owner wouldn’t be necessary.

My entire experience having repairs done on my Subaru Crosstrek was excellent! Friendly, competent, and helpful customer service throughout the 2 week repairs; flawless results and no hint of previous damage; my car had been cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. I can enthusiastically recommend this company.

Always receive great work from Caliber Collision. Seems like my car is brand new and the repairs were completed within 8 days of dropping of the vehicle.

I took 2 different a cats here twice. The first time was with a 2008 Toyota that needed body work and they did a great job. The second time was with a 2022 BMW that needed body work. The body work was okay - they missed a really large area and I waited while they buffed it out. It should have actually been painted but it was dark outside and I didn’t see until a couple days later. They also completely mis configured my cameras and they were offline. I had to bring my car back so they could fix it. They said it would take a couple hours but it took 2 days. They also weren’t the most accommodating when. I had to bring it back. I picked up my car and the camera settings were all changed. The camera warning message is fixed now but the cameras are not functioning how they used to. It’s probably a setting but still, I expect to get my car back in better or the same condition. They obviously don’t know how to calibrate higher end cars. If you have electronics in your car, I would go somewhere else.

Thank you to the team of Caliper Collision of Naperville off river rd, front desk staff, Josh setup,Samantha kept me in loop throughout, Mikah for pickup who also returned my enterprise vehicle for me!!, and lastly but absolutely not leadt to the great detailed service repair team all that took care of me from 11.6.24 to 12.6.24 to allow me to get back to work asap to help others. I hope I don't need future help but if so I will come back for sure!!
