I don’t really like to leave reviews but i think this was needed,they did a terrible job on my wife’s car they fix some of the scratches but they made new ones all around where they work and they also damaged the window trim,the brake light that they removed was plugged in wrong when using the turn signal the back up light will come on,I had to fix that myself,all in all a terrible experience,hope this helps someone find a better place.

Caliber collision did a great job. Great communication, great service very friendly. Customer service as well and did phenomenal job on my truck and got it back to me in a timely fashion.

I had my car serviced here for repairs on an accident that occurred in the beginning of December. They got the job done within under a month. Some of the parts that were put back on showed gaps in between the fenders. The vehicle itself was dirty from the inside was filled with dust and debris that they used to fix up the car. They didn’t care to even vacuum the vehicle or clean the interior of the vehicle from all the use from the shop. Some of the silicone rubbers from the door panels were left hanging overall I would not recommend this to a family or friend member. I normally don’t do reviews but it’s just unacceptable to have it come out of a shop and still look like someone barely put effort in putting the parts back in and making the vehicle look like brand new or at least how one had it. The owner of the vehicle shouldn’t have to vacuum the leftover dust and debris or clean the interior of the car in which the shop workers used. Hope this review helps you decide your next shop to fix your vehicle.
