Excellent service from the entire staff! My service representative, Anthony, kept me updated throughout the repair process. I had one hiccup that Caliber was not able to repair and I had to get it fixed at the dealership. The manager, Robert, was able to have the dealership bill Caliber directly so it was less hassle for me. I appreciated that. I am happy now that my vehicle is completely finished. I was treated fairly. Thank you for the customer service.

From start to finish, I felt my car would be in good hands…..and I was right. The level of customer service was second to none. Their communication through email, text and phone calls was reassuring. To say I have been happy and satisfied with the customer service and the level of work done on my vehicle is an understatement. The team at this repair shop work like a team and it shows in the level of the service they give. A HUGE shout out / recognition go out to Zulema and James. Zulema at the front desk has an ability to connect with the customers. The way she interacts with customers is natural and professional. James is wonderfully knowledgeable and a complete joy to work with. His professionalism is top tier. He communicates well, makes you feel valued as a VIP and not just another customer. I am beyond grateful to these to extraordinary people and of course the rest of the team. 5 Star service from start to finish.

I brought my car here after a minor fender bender, and the car came out great. They were quick and efficient, and James did a great job keeping me updated on what was happening. However, when it was time for me to pay, the shop over charged me by $500. When I called and asked for a refund, they tried to do it over the phone and it did not work so they said I needed to come in. I went to the shop, which is an hour away from where I live, and it still did not work. The receptionist then called another location and processed the refund over the phone. Therefore I did not need to drive an hour both ways and waste my time and gas. Will not be going to this location again.
