Caliber Collision

Got repairs done through insurance and was recommended Caliber Collision. Not a bad shop but they have room for improvement.

The team at Caliber Collision in Oxnard did an amazing job repairing my car, it looks brand new!Service Advisor Sandra Cruz is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me, which really helped me understand the repair process. I can’t thank Caliber Collision enough for their professionalism and attention to detail, they truly went above and beyond.

Sandra was my service advisor, and she was great from start to finish. Not only did she complete the car earlier than expected, but her attention to detail and exceptional customer service were truly outstanding. Here's why she did such an amazing job: 1. Sandra provided a thorough explanation of the repair process when I brought in my car. 2. She meticulously inspected the vehicle, identifying additional issues like a scratch on the other side. 3. Sandra consistently kept me updated on the repair progress through messages and calls. 4. Her efforts went beyond the standard service, making me feel like a valued customer. 5. Most importantly, when I returned home, my daughter noted that the car looked brand new, with the interior also being spotless. I was pleasantly surprised that my car looked even better than when I dropped it off. I want to express my gratitude to Sandra for her excellent service. Additionally, I want to give a shout out to Mr. Ryan Walker for his outstanding performance as a regional manager. Sandra went above and beyond in taking care of me, which is a direct reflection of his leadership, and I truly appreciate it! Overall the customer service was good. There was daily communication about the progress of my cars repairs - car was delivered timely. However upon delivery, there were repairs that had not been addressed nor completed. My headrest(s) were not repaired to original condition before the collision. (See attached image). I brought this to their attention and the headrest(s) were addressed immediately, but with delayed time. Once they brought the car back the passenger headrest had the mechanic’s fingerprint oil stains on the headrest. My son stated ‘just leave it…we’ll take care of it!” I proceeded to leave the parking lot and as I pulled off a light came on to ‘check left lamp and rear brake’ - see attached image. Again I returned to the main office and brought to this to their attention and they took the auto back to repair technician to replace the lamp light. Unfortunately, the offboarding process was not to my standards. There needs to be a checklist of all action items to be completed and repair technicians should be held accountable for checking off completed repairs after they have been successfully restored and complete. And management should review completed work for accuracy prior to delivering to customer. Obviously this isn’t being done consistently based upon how my car was delivered to me. Besides the items noted above, every one was professional and pleasant to work with.

Caliber Collision 3101 Sturgis Rd, Oxnard, CA 93030. Wow, with a thank you behind their expedient turn around! The attention to detail is in the shine. Inside out the car was taken care of. I’ve had my car repaired a few times. Caliber Collision are professional, detailed, and I would not hesitate to return to this shop. Thank you again for a quick turnaround and outstanding customer experience :)
