They repaired my car quickly and explained the entire process in detail, keeping me informed every step of the way. Not only did they wash my car before returning it, but they also made things incredibly convenient by driving me to pick up my rental car. To top it off, I was able to leave the rental at Caliber when I picked up my car, and they coordinated the return with Enterprise seamlessly. Outstanding customer service and professionalism—highly recommend!

I was so happy that my insurance has a contract with Caliber Collision! I had more mechanical failure to my 2017 Honda Civic, but they knew exactly what repairs were needed. My car was ready within a couple of days! It was washed and ready to go 😊! Juan and his team were great at communicating with me through out the duration of my vehicle being repaired ❤️

All I have to say, if you are looking for the best quality service in a timely manner with amazing communication, look no further than Dennis at Caliber Collision! My wife was involved in two accidents in the same month (not her fault), And Dennis jumped on it right away. He was able to get the car fixed within days, handle our rental car logistics and even deliver the finished car to our door step! Truly, a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with a stressful situation. I recommend Dennis as a Caliber Collision for any of your autobody needs!
