Caliber Collision

This is the 2nd vehicle we have taken to Caliber Collision and once again, they have exceeded my expectation. Customers service beyond 5 stars! The services on my vechile, was more than what i expected. Highly recommended if you want professionals who listen and take care of your vehicle. Pictures are before and after.

So, how do I rate this? I am giving an overall 4 stars, because I'm taking the whole experience into consideration. But......I will say this..... LOOK AT YOUR CAR WHEN YOU PICK IT UP. LOOK AT YOUR INVOICE. There is never, EVER any reason that you should not inspect both of those things thoroughly when you get your vehicle. Nobody is perfect. Hold your advisor and your technician responsible for their work. Not to be petty or picky, but because it's your right. And it's your car. Not to go into detail, but I appreciate the fact that when I did this, my advisor and technician stepped up to the plate to make sure everything was corrected to the standards they should be. Also, my advisor did make sure that genuine Toyota parts were used in the areas of most importance. I'm happy with the final outcome. Caliber Collison was suggested by my insurance which made the process easier in general. Although the experience wasn't perfect, it was overall acceptable, and very easy. I am hoping however, that I never have to return to any body shop in the near future. Lol (my poor car, and that poor sweet deer, RIP 😪) Dec 2024 update... second visit... new accident. Can't believe a construction cone could cause so much damage. Ugh! I wish this time around had no issue. But again...LOOK AT YOUR VEHICLE WHEN YOU PICK IT UP. I think this shop is so focused on getting your car back to you quickly (which isn't a bad thing) that they don't really pay attention to the detail. I will say when I pointed things out, my advisor (Jose) was great about getting it fixed, I just wish the issue hadn't been there in the first place. Overall the end result was a great looking car. The customer service is good, everyone there is very friendly. I don't want to have to visit a body shop again, but if I do, I'd go to Caliber in Simi Valley.
