Caliber Collision was beyond easy to work with. Their staff is incredibly helpful, nice, and responsive. Although Jesus “Jesse” was our main contact, it was clear the entire staff worked well together and wanted the best for all clients. The garage techs not only did a great job with repairs but returned my vehicle with the interior even cleaner than when I dropped it off. We will be using Caliber Collision for all of our future repair needs if they arise. And highly recommend their services.

Lots and lots of little aggravations that meant I had to keep taking my car back in, and which make me wonder what other issues will crop up. —Missing license plate. —Missing cap to the EV charging port. The one they gave me back is broken. —My AC condenser blew up after pickup. It was ultimately fixed under warranty at the dealership, but only after Caliber told me they serviced the AC and fixed the issue. —After all this, asked me to give them a positive review or they wouldn’t get paid.

This was our second visit to Caliber Collision on Granada and the service just gets better! It’s like revisiting old friends. Cynthia couldn’t have been more thoughtful and welcoming throughout the entire process. She arranged to have me driven home and picked up when the car was done. The repair was flawless and the car was spotlessly clean. Thank you Caliber Collision!

Calliber Collision is very professional, has great listeners, and is able to reassure the insured re: the work that needs to be accomplished. Jesus and Dion are very vigilant with time schedules. Would use them again without hesitation, but hope not through a future accident!
