Shaun and his team not only did an exceptional job but the time it took was unexpected. My original date that my insurance gave was 4 days more than what Shaun said which was great but then Shaun exceeded that by having my car ready a day sooner than his estimation. The attention to detail was great but the customer service was just above and beyond. I highly recommend this outfit and thank you again to Shaun and his amazing team.

Caliber Collision is an exceptional customer- oriented business. The knowledge, experience and expertise are exceptional. I received my vehicle back sooner than anticipated but did not sacrifice on the quality of the workmanship. My car looked like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. My wife ran over a piece of wood on the 405 Frwy. Caliber Collision got my wife’s vehicle towed and in a rental right away. The staff was incredible! They gave me us daily updates and got our vehicle back to us a week early! The staff was incredible! Thank you Shaun, Nancy and Dakota!
