I went to caliber collision after getting into a front end accident in my 2014 Toyota Tacoma resulting in a need to replace my hood, fender, driver side door, radiator and AC components. I expected to get quality parts and work done based on all their 5 star reviews. Unfortunately this was far from the truth. After receiving my truck one week late I noticed quite a few problems with it. First I noticed my driver side speaker was non functional, after further inspection I noticed my headlights were wired wrong (one high beam one low beam)upon returning to get it fixed they were not aligned resulting in 3rd trip to the body shop. Furthermore my wheel well liners were not replaced, there was polishing compound splashed all over my engine bay, various parts of my car and interior, my drivers side fender was loose and popping out while my front bumper was left sagging and not in it original place. To make matters worse the paint on my door (that was replaced by a recycled one) started to peel which showed the paint from the donor vehicle still underneath and the fitment of the replacement was not exact. Although most of the problems were address by the regional manager Jason Gill after about 7 trips back to the shop I still cant help but feel the work on my car was sloppy and rushed leaving me uneasy and with a strong urgency to trade my truck in. I would have thought that for a $12K insurance job I would have at least got a OEM door (I'm almost certain my hood and fender are recycled parts) and quality work. I would highly recommend a different body shop as I would hate for anyone to experience what I experienced resulting in lots of wasted time. I can definitely say they do not live up to their slogan. The rhyme of my life was NOT restored. They do not deserve the 5 star rating shown on google as they entice their customer to leave a good review with the lure a $5 Starbucks gift card. PLEASE BEWARE.
