We were told to go to this place by our insurance company because of a minor car accident. We were initially quoted $3400 in damage. After the car was dropped off, the repair cost increased to $9000 at which point our insurance company deemed the car a total loss. We only took it to this place out of convenience in dealing with the insurance company. While their quality of work is good, it does me no good when I no longer have a car. Lesson learned – do not use if going through Insurance

I worked with Matthew, he took me in regarding my 2018 honda accord, it had rat damage. He was very kind and walked me throughout the whole process. He told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to finish (which I was perfectly fine with). Long story short, they finished the job within 4 days! It was a quick in and out, give this guy a manager position because he is kind hearted, knowledgeable, and caring. I also want to shout out Skylar in the front desk, he was very patient with me and walked me throughout the process as well. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication.

I took my car in for repairs on 12/26 and it was ready on 12/30. The staff was helpful, kept me posted, and went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable for me. When I received my car back it had been cleaned also.

Excellent customer service. Amazing work on my 2021 Ionic. The front end and drivers side left front fender all look as good as they did when I drove the car off the lot when it was new! They even washed the car and vacuumed the inside. They did all the work in record time! Thank you, Caliber Collision!
