Caliber Collision

While on the freeway, my car was severely damaged by another car that lost its tire. My insurance company recommended Caliber and I took my car there right away. Within minutes I had a preliminary quote identifying some damage that I had not seen. Systems that affected each other like the seat belt restraints, airbag deployments, safety system computers, etc were also identified needing replacement. The agent was very knowledgeable about getting things done and had contacts ready to deal with EV systems they were not as familiar with. Due to a strike, my parts were delayed and Caliber called me 2 times a week to keep me updated. When I got my car back, they accepted my rental so I wouldn't have to make the extra trip to return it. My car looked almost new again and freshly washed. My only minor complaint would be they just left the floor protection paper and old parts in the back. If I had said something, i'm sure they would have taken care of it, but I was ready to get back in my car and go. The employees were very cordial offering water, coffee while I completed the paperwork process. This is one of the best support experiences I've had dealing with a repair facility. This is by far the worst body shop I have ever been! You will regret coming here. This is in-network body shop that statefarm gave me. I came in for a repair. I was told the car is going to finish in 5 weeks. It's week 12 now, I just picked up my unpainted part. the car is still not finished. I have to find another shop to complete the repair and correct their mistake. I thought they at least would do a good job since it took this long. I got the car back at week 10. I was in shock, the car is in 2 different color. Tony told me very confidently they done an alignment. The car was pulling to one side. Another shop put the car on the alignment machine. The car is not steering straight, 3 wheels are straight and 1 wheel has 4 degree camber. After I show them the correction. They told me the guy did the alignment is new. I paid out of pocket for the alignment 2 weeks ago and still not received a check they promised me for reimbursement. They told me "your car is gonna be ready next week" for 5 weeks straight. The whole experience is a huge disappointment.

Caliber Collision in Tujunga is truly fantastic to deal with. Their customer service is exceptional, and the repair work is incredible. I've used them on 2 vehicles now, and they were perfectly repaired.
